The signature elements of Yoga Therapy with me are:
- You Matter. Through a health and wellness questionnaire and conversations I sit with you to listen and ask questions about who you are and what you hope for. By doing so, your Yoga Therapy program will be the most effective, safe and completely customized to you.
- Connect to Every Part of Who You Are.. We work with 5 different aspects of self from a yogic perspective to cultivate personal growth, health and empowerment. Though the physical practice of yoga is always a part of our work there will be other elements of yoga like breathing, meditation, relaxation and more.
- Give You Tools to Practice What You Learn. I offer audio recordings of all of my sessions and focus on a balance of teaching you and having you experience so that you may fully utilize the tools of yoga.
