Gentle Therapeutic Yoga
A yoga class designed specifically for those who want a softer approach but still want to grow in their practice. Slow thoughtful movement, deep breathing practice, guided meditation, and postures geared towards cultivating balance.
Strong Therapeutic Flow Yoga
A blend of energizing and calming practices to balance the body and mind. Part dynamic movement with an emphasis on strengthening and toning the body accompanied by a heat building breath. Paired with gentle postures designed to promote relaxation and soothing breathing practices. Each week we feature a new health emphasis, such as, core strength or calming the busy mind.
Deeply relaxing practice featuring fully supported postures on bolsters and blankets paired with soothing breathing practices. Minimal movement with only 3-5 yoga postures per class. Great practice to calm the nervous system and relax body and mind.
